We had a great experience with our flying. We had planned our joyride as part of celebration of our son’s birthday. Right from booking our ride to its completion every staff member was extremely courteous in our interactions. They tried all within their capacities to make our experience a memorable one. As one would expect, safety of travel was on top of our mind, and it was adequately reassured. I must mention the courtesies extended by Mr Kashinath who oversaw everything went as well as we had desired, Mr Ishan for his reassuring talks during booking, Ms Surbhi Sharma who made sure all protocols were met without any hassle and for engaging with us on the day of ride, Flight engineer who was very courteous inside the chopper and Mr Rizwan at the landing place who gave us a warm welcome. We would love to do this joyride again and explore other services offered by Accretion Aviation. A tip: some travelers may find it noisy inside the chopper. You may carry earplugs, or I suggest Accretion to provide them for all travelers. ~ Giridhar M
